November 2005 Community Workshops

The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA), in partnership with the planning departments of Baltimore City and Baltimore County, would like to thank everyone who took the time to attend the Community Workshops held in November.  The meetings were designed to obtain community level feedback regarding proposed transit enhancements along the Red Line Corridor.  The MTA truly appreciates your feedback and will provide a summary of  the comments we heard at the meetings.  In the meantime, if you were unable to attend any of the Workshops, we’ve attached a copy of a presentation which was shared at each meeting. Click here (pdf file 1.6 mb*) to view that presentation. If you would like to be added to our mailing list to be notified for future meetings, sign-up here.

In addition we have summary reports of all the comments made at the Community Workshops. Each summary is specific to the meeting location, and contains the exact comments made during the small group discussion sessions and submitted on comment forms. In addition to the comment summary, there is information on how attendees evaluated the overall workshop experience, including the individual breakout groups. These summaries were mailed out to all attendees of the workshops who provided their contact information. If you are interested in reading the summaries click on the appropriate meeting:
